On June 26, 2024, a significant chapter in Liberia's development journey unfolded. Representatives from ADMA and the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning gathered with a shared purpose: to strengthen the future of the nation's counties.

As pens met paper, the landmark agreement for the Counties Development Agendas (CDAs) became more than just a signed document—it became a promise. A promise to empower local communities, support inclusive development, and ensure that the voices and priorities of every county would help shape Liberia's progress.

For ADMA, the partnership reflected a deep commitment to collaboration and sustainable growth. For the Ministry, it marked another step toward turning national development goals into meaningful action at the local level.

That day was not simply about signing an agreement. It was about building a stronger foundation for the future—one where partnership, planning, and shared vision would help transform aspirations into lasting impact across Liberia's counties.
