Dr. Moses Blonkanjay Jackson is a distinguished development specialist, education engineer, and Senior Associate at the Africa Development Management Associates, widely recognized for his transformative contributions to education reform, institutional strengthening, and capacity building across Liberia and the African region. With exceptional academic credentials from Ivy League and Jesuit institutions, including Harvard, Yale, UPENN, and Saint Joseph’s University, he brings a rare blend of global scholarship and practical leadership to advancing sustainable development. His work is anchored in improving access, quality, and equity in education systems, particularly in underserved and post-conflict contexts.
Dr. Jackson has extensive international development experience, having worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), where he contributed to program design, implementation, and systems strengthening. He has also served as a Senior Development and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Project Manager on several USAID-funded initiatives, leading results-based management, performance tracking, and impact evaluation. Earlier in his career, he served as field staff with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), gaining critical experience in humanitarian response, community resilience, and protection services in complex environments.
